How to Draw a Klee Style Portrait

Paul Klee felt that color played a very important role in modern art. Here’s a way to draw a portrait like his famous“Senecio” painting.
1. Fold a sheet of paper in half twice to get the guidelines shown in my diagrams. Follow the steps to first make a drawing in pencil.
2. Trace all the lines with a black oil pastel. Press hard to make a heavy line.
3. Color in the face and background, taking care to go around the black pastel.

  PROCESO DEL TRABAJO:

  
  

  1.- Decide si vas a trabajar sólo/a o acompañado/a (grupos máximo 9 alumnos/as). El formato del trabajo DIN A-4 y la técnica a elegir entre lápices de colores o rotuladores.

  
  

  2- Elige la obra con la que vas a trabajar, es el momento de decidir sobre la técnica que vas a emplear. Te facilito algunos enlaces donde podrás encontrar imágenes de las obras de ambos artistas:

  • Imágenes de obras de kandinsk
  • Presentación que muestra obras de kandinsky en su época abstracta. Muy interesante por el análisis que se hace de cada obra de la muestra.
